Returns and Shipping
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund in-store.
For sanitary reasons and overall safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns or cartridges, bottled liquid, drip tips, and used tanks/atomizers. Therefore, our Returns Policy EXCLUDES these kinds of items. At your option, you may receive an exchange in lieu of returned payment. Please make sure you follow these guidelines or your return/exchange will not be accepted:
1. You must have your original receipt with the date of the transaction listed.
2. Repackage the item including all original parts, packaging material, instructions, etc. Within reason, this means that everything must be returned exactly as it was sent to you. Poor repackaging or the return of damages merchandise could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund or replacement item. Items MUST not have any damage/have been used.
Returns to credit cards may take 5-10 business days depending on the bank. We cannot expedite this process.
